Course related materials not picked up within 30 days of charged date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned
product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable.

- I understand by clicking the box, and completing this purchase, that I
have read and fully understand the provisions and the terms of this agreement as outlined. I agree to
adhere to all conditions and terms of this rental agreement as stated.
-By clicking the box and completing my purchase, I am entering into a
rental agreement with the University Campus Store to rent one copy of a selected title. Rental textbooks
are owned by the University of Utah and are the intellectual property of the author(s). They are
copyrighted by the author(s) or publishers. Textbook(s) rentals are not to be reproduced. This rental
agreement is only effective for the Spring 23 semester. Per terms of this agreement,
you
are responsible for the following:
-I understand and accept the responsibility to return the textbook(s)
rented under this program by the rental due date, Saturday,
May 06, 2023
or pay full replacement price at time of collection and any associated fees.
Payments can be made with cash, debit, or credit card.
-I authorize the Campus Store to charge my securing credit card the balance
owed (equal to the full replacement price of the delinquent textbook(s). The card being used to secure
the rental cannot have an expiration date within 30 days of the return deadline.
- I understand and accept that my past due balance (textbook replacement
cost(s) plus late fees) will be forwarded to a collections agency after 30 days if the credit card used
to secure my non-returned rental is declined. I also understand that additional fees will incur as a
result of being turned over to a collections agency, and I will be responsible to pay those fees as
well.
- I understand that the textbook rented by me is the property of the
University of Utah and in accepting the terms of this textbook rental program, I accept the
responsibility to use the textbook(s) and return it to the University Campus Store in resalable
condition (not damaged or soiled; condition to be determined by Textbook manager /supervisor), or pay
the full replacement price.
- I authorize University of Utah Auxiliary Services to place my student
records on hold if the rented textbook(s) are not returned by the last day of the current semester's
finals, Saturday,

Once a hold is placed, it may take up to 48 hours to be released. In
addition, if my textbook(s) are not returned by Saturday,
May
06,
2023, I may not be eligible to participate in this program the following
semester.
- I understand that my rental fee is
refundable only if the book is returned by Saturday,

the last day for refunds. Refunds for the rental term and will be held on the same terms and conditions
under the Textbook Refund Policy of the University Campus Store.
