On-Campus Student Housing Shipping Option
Have your DormCo order shipped to your campus housing address. University Housing recieves packages any time, starting one week before your move-in date and will hold items for up to one week. You will receive an email or text notification that a package is ready for pick-up.
NOTE: ONLY ON-CAMPUS STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SHIPPING METHOD.

- When placing an order with DormCo for on-campus, housing delivery, shipping
information MUST include all of the following information for student housing delivery:

Country: United States; Zip Postal Code: 84112; City: Salt Lake City; State: Utah - Orders placed to on-campus housing addresses will only be received directly to University of Utah and secured in your stundet housing's, mailroom's main desk. DormCo packages may be too large for package lockers and may be picked up directly from the mailroom front desk. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pick-up.

Have your DormCo order shipped to the University of Utah Campus Store and available for pickup when you arrive on campus. You will receive an email or text notification that a package is ready in-store.

The Order Fulfillment Center will hold all DormCo orders shipped to the Utah Campus Store. When your package arrives you will recieve an email confirmation notifying you that your DormCo package is available for pickup.
Yes, your pickup email notification, peform the 'Reply All' action to the email confirmation informing the Order Fulfillment Center the full name of anyone picking up the package on your behalf. When they arrive for pickup they will be required to show a photo ID matching the name in your email.
Yes, any individual can order from the DormCo site and have items delivered to the address of their choice.
Yes. Please carefully review and follow the Return Policy instructions on the dormco.com/Utah website. Please note: return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Yes, however, for any items already picked and packed, DormCo charges a 15% restocking fee to cover the added warehouse labor costs. This applies to restocking canceled items or canceled orders and is deducted from the amount of your refund. If you simply add items to your order, there is no additional fee for this.
