Important Graduation Events and Deadlines

Feb 16 - Mar 16	Faculty regalia orders accepted.
Mar 16	Last day for Faculty rental regalia orders. All orders must be turned in by this day to guarantee delivery for commencement.
Apr 26 - 30	Expected date for distribution or pick up of faculty regalia rentals.
May 4 -  May 5	Late order pick up available during this time on a first come, first served basis. A late fee of $10 will be applied.
May 14	Faculty/Staff rentals to be returned, unless affiliated with the College of Law, School of Dentistry, or School of Medicine.
TBD	College of Law Rentals to be returned.
TBD	School of Medicine and School of Dentistry rentals to be returned.

Fine Quality Regalia is available for purchase if desired.

Depending on the customization a full outfit costs between $600-$1500. Faculty wishing to purchase their regalia should contact Dionne Gordillo via email at [email protected] .
*Please keep in mind, because this regalia is custom made, orders take approximately 8 weeks for delivery.

Regalia Returns Information

FACULTY MUST RETURN THEIR REGALIA TO THEIR RESPECTIVE COLLEGE THAT IT WAS ORDERED THROUGH. FACULTY MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING THEIR REGALIA AND CHECKING IT IN. IF THE REGALIA IS NOT RETURNED BY THE SPECIFIED DATE, THE FACULTY MEMBER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ITEMS.
ONLY LATE ORDER REGALIA WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE CAMPUS STORE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There are NO returns, exchanges, or refunds on ANY regalia.
